5cl nginious! Swiss Blended Gin infused with White Needle Tea
3cl lemon juice
1.5cl Pear syrup
1 piece pear Williams
0.5cl egg white (optional)
Fill up with soda.
Shake all ingredients (except soda) and strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Fill up with soda and decorate with pear.
