This oil comes from the lands of the Arcamone estate, one of the “family organic farms” since 1990. The cultivar is Coratina, grown without the use of chemicals, thanks to a favorable microclimate able to naturally support its production cycle. The flavour is intense and balanced, slightly bitter with a strong and persistent spiciness.
