Cutrera Nocellara Del Belice Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The IGP of central Sicily.
Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice PGI is the extra virgin olive oil obtained from Nocellara del Belice olive groves, a typical variety of central Sicily. It is one of the oldest native Sicilian cultivars and one of the most appreciated for the production of extra virgin olive oil.

Nocellara del Belice, a special variety.
The Nocellara del Belice variety is the origin of a medium fruity extra virgin olive oil with notes of artichoke, green almond and fresh aromatic herbs. The acidity is low and has a hint of sweetness which makes it very particular.

About Frantoio Cutrera

We produce oil only from green olives.
We were among the first in the world to understand that early harvesting and processing of olives within a few hours are among the most important factors for the production of special oils. Our olives are harvested rigorously before ripening, by hand, to avoid damage to the fruit, and processed within a few hours.

We have been growers of olive trees and producers of extra virgin olive oil in Sicily for over a century. We have been passing down the traditions and keys to success for 6 generations. At each step we have enriched this baggage with important innovations and technologies
