Originally from Liguria, this artisan pasta format is traditionally served with pesto, seasonal green beans and potatoes, or with cherry tomatoes, courgettes and Parmigiano Reggiano or asparagus and ham. They also go well with organically grown tomatoes and basil or Pesto.
