2cl Orange Shrub
1.5cl lemon juice
3 dash Peychauds Bitters
Fill up with Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients (except Ginger Beer) and strain into a highball glass with ice cubes
Fill up with Ginger Beer and decorate with mint and orange.
