Celery Gimlet
Celery Gimlet is a fresh and a bit savoury twist of the classic gin drink Gimlet created by Günther Strobl. Matches every occasion!
5cl nginious! Smoked & Salted Gin
1.5cl lime juice
1.5cl simple syrup
half a stick of celery
ice
Cut into pieces and smash the celery with a caipirinha plunger in a shaker.
Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice to the shaker.
Shake well and pour over ice in a tumbler.
Decorate with celery stick.
